While this evening shines a spotlight on the events industry, everyone is welcome. You don’t need to work in this industry to join us. Feel free to pick whichever night suits you best.
Soak up the atmosphere, savour every moment, and let yourself be swept up in the warmth and wonder of the Christmas spirit.
DRESS CODE
We invite all our guests to dress to impress or better yet, give a nod to the roaring 1920s! Think feathers, fedoras, pearls, and plenty of festive flair. Channel the glitz and glamour of the era with flapper dresses, pinstripe suits, bold lipstick, and sparkling accessories.
That said, dressing in 1920s attire is not essential. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate. Whether you go full Gatsby or add a vintage touch, we encourage everyone to embrace the spirit of the occasion and have fun with it!
SEATING PLAN
Our event layout features tables of 10 guests each, arranged in a 2 by 4 formation, that’s two tables across and four tables deep; designed to create a warm, sociable atmosphere for the evening.
When booking, you’ll be able to choose your own seats. Whether you’d like to reserve a private table for your group or you’re up for mingling with fellow merry makers, the choice is entirely yours.
If your group doesn’t fill a full table of 10, don’t worry, you may have others join your table, and that’s often where the fun begins! It could well be someone you know, or someone from your industry or local area. Many great conversations and unexpected connections have started just this way.
PARKING
There’s ample free parking on site, and yes, you can leave your car overnight (we’d rather you enjoy the night safely and collect it fresh faced the following morning. Gates will be open from 10:00am to 12noon.
