It is a family-owned and operated enterprise, overseen by Aaron and Mandy – a husband-and-wife team with over two decades of experience in the global wedding and events industry. Battleswick Farm is a stunning 500-year-old farm that exudes an undeniable charm and character. The serene and tranquil ambiance can be felt in every corner of the property, which spans over five acres of land. As a couple, you’ll have the privilege to utilise the entire farm, which includes multiple buildings. However, with so many spaces available, you might find it challenging to decide how to best make use of them.

The day before for setup, the wedding day from 9am to midnight and the day after for suppliers to return and for guests to nurse any sore heads until 12noon.
You get exclusivity to the whole farm.

You tell us. We are not going to tell you what time guests must arrive by, where to get married, to eat and who to book. We are happy to advise on how much time you should allow for different elements of the day, but it’s your day, you tell us how you see your day unfolding.

This is not an exhausted list, and you are free to book alternative suppliers.
We have three areas licensed for civil ceremonies. The Threshing Barn, Haybarn and under the Chestnut Tree. Each area is licensed for up to 150 guests however if you have more guests, please discuss with us.
Book your registrar directly with Essex Registration Office on 0345 603 7632. Registrars can be booked one year in advance.
